Sheez.. I will simply ask questions like:

  1. How much coffee do you drink?
  2. Complete the sentence: "My hovercraf is full of ____".
  3. Who is William Hubbard?
  4. What did the BOH do with the toaster?

A real techie (be it programmer, DBA or sysadmin) is one that drink a lot of coffee, have a good (and very dry) sense of humour, like Waters and Pink Floyd. And if he writes Oracle or Unix poetry too, he gets hired on the spot.
