First of all, take a look at alert log and trace files - 3113 in this case is
most probably an indicator of shadow process crash. Trace dump may
hint you on what went wrong. Install the latest patchset for your Oracle
release - this may be a known bug already fixed in a patchset. If the
problem persists and you are unable to figure out the cause, you should
open a TAR with Oracle Support and have them diagnose and possibly
fix the problem.
