check the ventilation around the drives, ensure there is a HIGH airflow. use a good digital thermometer.
it could be your killing the drives with heat, if they are getting real hot when working that is enough.( which they do with high activity) also ensure you are using an anti static strap when installing them, and that the power is unplugged from the main psu, ( unless they are hot swap) Received on Sun Oct 20 2002 - 16:52:05 CDT
