Drop datafile/tablespace from svrmgrl

Hi I get

SVRMGR> alter database open;
alter database open
*

ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 48 (block # 262144)
ORA-01110: data file 48: '/dev/rmyfile_5664_1'
ORA-02893: ssaiorwb: lio_listio failed

IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 22: Invalid argument

Can you tell me how to drop this data file and associated tablespace while the database is mounted from svrmgrl?

This is not a production database and I not worried about the contents - this happened while importing.
