I installed Oracle 8i in DBA Standalone mode rather than OMS.

I tried adding an OMS through Enterprise Manager Configuration Assistant for my current host (hostname.domain.com). I edited the username and password.

When I tried to load DBA Studio to OMS using this Username, password combination it failed.

Did I setup OMS incorrectly? Can I do this after installing 8i in Standalone mode?
