What should I do to find out whether I suffer from packet fragmenting ? Is the MTU / SDU setting related to this ?

Server : Win2000 Server, Pentium III 1GHz, RAM 512 MB Client : Windows XP, Pentium IV 1.4GHz, RAM 128 MB Is there anyother specs do you need ?

What is the bandwith to be sufficient ?
