I have a problem with application, which uses Oracle OCI for
connection with Oracle database. Every time, when application
establishes this connection another part of the code, which creates an
instance of the third party ActiveX component returns the error
0x80040154 after i call CoCreateInstance – "Class not registered". If
I don't create a connection with Oracle then everything works fine. I
know exactly that this ActiveX component was registered. The same
application works correctly on another computer, which has exactly the
same configuration. Both computers have Oracle 8.1.7 client.
