Hey! Google has a bit of a problem searching for certain phrases or characters, someone there didn't think that regular expressions were something the general public would use. IIRC, SQL*Plus was one example, haven't tried it lately...

I always liked the pub analogy for usenet, it's like sitting around in a bar after work discussing interesting things. Ocassionally people go a bit overboard and get into brawls, if you don't like it you can always go to a different bar more to your liking, or join a membersonly club with more restrictive rules.
