Maybe one or two posters are like that, but most at least give answers along with the condescension.

So than what you want is a help desk which you pay for. This is a discussion group. If the discussion gets around to answering your question, that's great. But otherwise, people are here for fun (or maybe therapy), not as a help desk.

What's objectivity? What would people discuss here if not their opinions? If their opinion actually is that Microsoft sucks, what should they say? Should everyone just reprint relevant quotes out of the documentation (which also isn't objective)?
