Hi Mike,

Your observation is, to some extent, right. But listen to yourself :

"I run a business, I have questions, I need answers. "

You seem to demand answers from this group being quick, precise, polite and, not least, free...That is a lot to demand.....but mostly you get that...and still you complain.....

In a far past, I was a PC-supporter. And all people around me expected to get advice, support and all kind of stuff from me....for free, naturally. And still they complained....

And I remember those people who had pirat copies of Microsoft products and still were furious, even offended, when the products did not live up to their expected standard.....

You are being just as arrogant yourself.....people give free advice here because they like the challenge, because they like what they do and want to share it........and you won't even let them have their personality here....

Most of the supporters here are quite patient.....they repeat the same stuff over and over again....and once in a while they get enough and ask people to RTFM. If you want total professionalism...that's 300 bucks an hour......
