Oracle Apps 11.5.7 , XP, Error: "bean not initialized", and "your login session is invalid"

Hi ,

I installed Ora Appa 11.5.7 on XP,

1. after I log in to

http://abcdefg.mydomain:8000/OA_HTML/US/ICXINDEX.htm

with sysadmin/sysadmin

it logs me in with message:

"you login session has expired"

and prompts for userid/password again.

2) On clicking on help,

   on left 2 frames it didplays "bean not initialized"

what must be going wrong?

appreciate any help.
