ODBC for DB2

Hi,
1 year ago a friend of mine write a dll to connect, oracle forms (client windows) to oracle and DB2 (using odbc and ADO) now we want to connect a new application to DB2 and Oracle without using Transparent Gateway on UNIX.
I've found a lot of document talking about Heterogeneous services but a thirdy part ODBC driver is required.
Does anyone know which kind of driver i must install ? Does IBM db2 distribution install ODBC on UNIX ? Tia
