LDAP and Oracle

I would like to move ALL my Oracle 8i and 9i database over to using LDAP logins. So... they question for those of you who have a clue :) How?

I have an LDAP compible authenication server (MS Active Dir) I would like users who have been given rights to be able to log into oracle systems with there ldap username/password.
