Windows 2k Oracle 8.1.7 Installation Problems

(excuse me, my inglish is not very good)

1. Processor is not a Pentium 4
2. Windows 2K SP2
3. Oracle 8.1.7 r 3

Oracle8i Enterprise Edition > Installation: typical ...

... 4 days later ...

... startup listener never return.

I kill the instalation procces and try to work, but Oracle says errors:
ORA-12560:TNS: - protocol adapter -
ORA-12541:TNS: - listener -

cd on hard drive, in file oraparam.ini:
JRE_MEMORY_OPTIONS=-nojit -mx128m
jre1.1.7

HELP (I ned somebody ...)
