Lets see .... no hardware, no operating system, no Oracle version or edition.

How do you expect anyone to help you?

Anyway ... assuming something reasonably current this is not a normal situation and the ORA-00600 always means an error that must be reported to Oracle to be resolved. So head for http://metalink.oracle.com and open an iTAR.

If you have no support contract. Clean the machine and reinstall from scratch.
