Filesystem for Oracle 9i

Does anyone have any recommendations or advice concerning the installation
of Oracle 9i on a standalone (non-clustered) Alpha DS-20E running Tru64
5.1A?  Notably with repect to filesystems (AdvFS, RAW, UFS....), patchkits,
array configurations etc.  All relavent information is welcome.
