Referring to your points...

1. Yes I checked several times!
2. yep!
3. My config is exactly as your ANSI diagram!
4. Port forwasrding was achieved as per the Win XP screenshot in my initial post.

Unfortunately I get a 'ORA-12541: TNS:no listener' error!

I am positive the listener is correctly configured cause I can log into the database from 'inside' my Lan!

I am hoping I am missing something else.. so any ideas!?!?!?
