The "server" is a machine with Win2k Pro?
The client is the win98 machine??



The listener needs to run on Win2kPro machine. I have a play db on my
work pc (win2k pro) and the listener works fine.



I am sure you can even run a listener on win98 (i have run a play db on
a win95 machine)
