Any Australian Shiraz. Or Merlot blend. And a big, sumptuous, roast leg of lamb. Or a juicy NY cut, seared blue.

Whites, European. Not German, though. Dry ones. Australian Whites are too fruity.

But in general, I'll take a red anytime over a white wine. Just my epicurist $0.02 anyways...
