Oracle DBMS source available via non-disclosure agreement?

Hi,

Does anyone of you have any experience with Oracle in respect to obtaining the DBMS source code (full or fragments) protected by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). I know that Oracle offers NDA-protected source code of their E-business suite to customers, has Oracle ever done so with their DBMS sources?

A production requirement of ours is to be able to map operating system threads to Oracle sessions / session owners. Because the shared server architecture for example uses N thread to handle M sessions, thus a shared server thread may handle different sessions throughout its lifetime, the mapping cannot simply be done via thread identifiers. What would be required is a notification mechanism (e.g. native callback) which informs subscribers whenever a thread switches to a different session context. Obviously, achieving that would be non-trivial and require access to at least parts of the Oracle sources.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

cheers,
