noarchivelog recovery

Hello.



Is it possible to make a data recovery in this situation. If so, how
should I do it?(I´m running Oracle 8.1.7)
Archivelog is not active and someone made by mistake a "delete from
tablename", in some tables. We don't have recent database backups.
