Hi Norman,

David 'you well know who' has just recently toured the UK yet again and is due back in Europe soon, while poor little me, is struck in sunny Canberra not having seen The Thin White Duke since the magical week in 1987 when at the Sydney Entertainment Centre I saw all 5 shows.

And still you torment me.
