Oracle errors ORA-312 and ORA-313

Hi,



Suddenly I start to receive the following error messages:



ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 1 of thread 1
ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1:


'/testset/u30/oradata/test/redotest01.log'



the path to the file is OK and so is the ownership and group.



any idea what could cause this problem.
