I've done this before and have looked in the archives and really didn't get the answer I was looking for. I did a user export from database A and then did a fromuser to user import to database B. I also dropped this user and recreted it. After the data was imported, we started getting a primary key constraints from the sequences. You probably know the question and answer; however, I've done this before and haven't had any problems. At least no one has told me so. I have read in the archives that the sequences are seperate from other objects, which makes perfectly sense. My question is, do the sequences start completely over, or start with the last number that was imported from the database a. It acts like that it starts over from one. Then in reality, it wasn't done right before. :) . I'm still learning. :)
