What can I say. I'm disappointed in the pair of you.
Lager is cold,bland, easy to keep and pretty well consistent wherever you
go.
Ale is warm, alive, complex and rewarding but difficult to keep well and
maintain.
One of these is the SqlServer of the alcohol world it does the job but... And one of them resembles a different RDBMS far closer to my heart.
Next time either of you is in (preferably the south of) England drop us a line and I'll see if we can't educate you properly.
Single Malts of course should be drunk neat, whilst blends should be poured away untouched.
