Clearing the RBS datafile.

Oracle 8.1.5 on Tru64 UNIX

When taking a cold backup, the zipped size of the rollback segemet tablespace datafile is about 186MB. The unzipped version's size is 600MB. Enterprise Manager shows that only 26MB (4%) is utilized. I have shrunk all RBS to their optimal value. It is clear that junk bytes are left in the datafile and they are getting compressed. Can I clear this file completely without having to create a new RBS tablespace with a new datafile.
