If this is addressed to me ... I have access to about a dozen servers. Some with 8.1.7 and some with 9.2.

Personally I have an IBM ThinkPad with 8.1.7 on Win2000 I use for teaching and 9.2 on my HP9000 I use for everything else. The Sun Ultra is about to become the host for 9iAS.
