I already did all that and it will still not work. I totally reintalled Oracle 8i and tried again. Right after installation was finished i looked at the OMS and it was not started. I then tried to connect using Enterprise Manager and I could. Before I could not do this. I thought the management server service had to be started in order to connect with enterprise manager. I rebooted the machine, and now i am not able to start the OMS or login with enterprise manager at all.
I am getting all these errors:

ORA-01034
ORA-27101
ORA-12505
VXA-2018
