Before you do anything first backup the entire database. 1)just add those 2 control files you had removed in the init.ora and try starting the database
2) If that does not work remove the exsiting ones from init.ora and try again.
3) you can recreate the control file.

  1. If your previous shutdown was with SHUTDOWN NORMAL or SHUTDOWN TRANSACTIONAL or SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE, you can recreate the control file with resetlogs
  2. If your previous shutdown was SHUTDOWN ABORT or just turning the machine off, recreate the control file with noresetlogs. After recreating the control files, open the database.

The type of shutdown can be seen in ALERT log Received on Tue Aug 13 2002 - 23:20:16 CDT
