Is OEM complete?

Hi group !

Could I ask you some questions?

I have to do my final proyect to my computer science degree and it must be focused on Oracle 9i , OEM and
physical structures storage (blocks, segments, tablespaces....)

I think that OEM is not complete. I need to make a graphical usefull tool which can help to complete OEM tool.

I think that I should make a tool which shows the Oracle block states(parameters) of all segment in my database. For example, PCTUSED,PCTFREE, space used in any block......

Could you tell me your opinion about the graphical tool which I am going to make? Do you think that tool
will be useful?

Could you tell me other graphical tool which I could make which will be more useful ?
