9.2 on solaris 8
nearly in production

but no rac

with veritas database edition 3 anyone using this ??

9.2 is much better than 9.0

a lot of new functionality, much better management than 8.1

we are using a lot of features

everywhere a some small bugs, but 8.1 is still in bugfixing for 3 years now

you need to be flexible and know your stuff and sometimes work around

so on solaris 8 it is really good, other systems might be worse

but only if you are really good in oracle, for clicker 9.2 is a nightmare

perhaps 10i will be much more simpler for clicker
