Oracle Gurus,
sometimes one of HP applications fails and this is what I get in /usr/ORACLE/u01/app/oracle/product/9.0.1/network/log/listener.log:

What does it mean? There were 3 attempts (on different ports?) to connect to the Db - 2 failed and 1 succeeded? Randomly? Why?
