load oracle7.3.2 datafile to oracle8i/9i?

hi, all

My question is how to load oracle7.3.2 datafile to oracle8i/9i? I have some oracle datafile, control file and log file that copy from oracle7.3.2 server on a HP unix,
The files list I have is:

	oradata
	+-ora7
		control01.ctl
		control02.ctl
		control03.ctl
		rbs01.dbf
		redoora701.log
		redoora7011.log
		redoora702.log
		redoora703.log
		redoora7041.log
		redoora7042.log
		system01.dbf
		temp01.dbf
		tools01.dbf
		users01.dbf

it is difficult for me to find the oracle7.3.2 version and install it on a unix server. Then how can I load these datafiles to oracle8i/9i server on Unix or NT?
