When I restart the database, the second port besides 1521 (i.e., the MTS port) is opened in a random location, not in the port I´ve previously defined in init<sid>.ora. I mean, I can set up the port to open in port 32000, but it doesn´t happen when the database is started. Instead, the MTS is started in port 32768, 33850, etc. (any number you can figure out)
