You might want to take a look at Dynamic PSP. We have some papers online
that describe the technology and ways to use it. Currently the only thing you
need is Oracle server, Oracle HTTP server (bundled with 8i 8.1.7 and 9iAS)
and its mod_plsql module, and OWA Toolkit installed into the database
(usually it's already there in 8.1.7 and later) plus some patches applied to plug
some security holes in mod_plsql and OHS. Dynamic PSP kernel is then installed
into the database and is ready for use. Since OWA is a bit outdated and does not
support some modern technologies and standards well, we are also developing
an alternative gateway to be used with Dynamic PSP instead of mod_plsql. We
expect a public beta to be available in Q3.
