if you have a current working copy of the control file issue ALTER DATABASE BACKUP CONTROLFILE TO TRACE and then look in the udump dest for a trace file that you can easily edit
to recreate your control file.

If you don't have a valid copy of your control file take Richard's advice and create one from scratch...reference the SQL Ref guide for Create control file
