Hi,


I have a database with wrong charset settings. As NLS_LANG is a system
variable and it is not allowd to change any setting on the Database server.
Is there any other possibiliy to change to complete german charset (not only
ä, ö, ...)



If it is not possible. How can I adjust the setting within a jdbc session.
