I meant you might be able to get something out of the output from
oklist -f .
This type of problems are typically SQL*NET configuration related.
Quite trivial, but not obvious. I seem to recall the name of the realm
must be upper-cased? You should be able to troubleshoot by going thru
the installation/configuration DOC.
