Use your OS delete/remove command.

Before you do, make sure you have a good back up of them, you will need them if you ever need to do a database recovery. Keep archived logs for at least as long as 2 backup periods (i.e. backup every day - keep 2 days of archives).
Keep more if you want to be more secure or want to make it possible to go back in time. Of course you have to keep a backup of your datafiles/controlfiles too!
