names server error

I really got stuck in this problem,

I would like to configure a names server on the same machine as oracle database for self study only without configuring the region database.

this is my sqlnet.ora:
NAMES.DEFAULT_DOMAIN = metrosavings.com

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS) NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH= (TNSNAMES, ONAMES, HOSTNAME) this is my names.ora

NAMES.SERVER_NAME = ORANAMESRVR0.metrosavings.com NAMES.ADDRESSES =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = jonathan.metrosavings.com )(PORT = 1575)) this the error:

I get the following two
error messages: NNL-00006, and NNC-00003.
