I installed Oracle 8.1.7 Enterprise edition on Win2000 advanced server.
After installation, I queried the dictionary table V$option, and found the
Java parameter value is false, what does this mean? Does this mean the
database has no JVM and cannot run Java applications? I need your help to
explain this to me and thanks in advance.
