If you installed the OID from the DB server disk the LDAPP account is cn=orcladmin password is welcome. Note that you need the cn= part in the account name. From a database standpoint the LDAPP data lives in the ods/ods account.

For 9iAS-R2 the LDAPP password is the same as your ias_admin password that you specified when you installed IAS.
