Exporting Stored Procedures from oracle to interbase

Can anyone please help me.


I need to export my stored porcedures from oracle to Interbase.
I have a little knowledge of Interbase. I want to know one more
thing.. Interbase doesnot have any in-built functions like substr,
instr etc...?
