Actually, from an academic point of view, you still have a single point of failure :-)
If there is a bug in the software it's just replicated across the system. To be truly fault tolerant you'd need to use different software using different algorithms for at least three replicas. Then those systems vote on the results. But maybe this is more relevant for the 6th and 7th 9....

As an example if you shoot a probe to mars and you mess up metric and english measures it's no help that you have replicated the hardware.
