The problem is solved! I can now connect. There were indeed all kind
of strange characters in the tnsnames.ora. Suddenly i saw how that
happend when i had edited the file and was on the brink of saving it.
Default it was saved with encoding = unicode. Saving it as ascii and
no problems anymore.
