Hi Sunil,

You weren't a very good Indian cricketer by any chance ?

@ is a shorthand way of saying START or execute a script ? represents the ORACLE_HOME directory in some environments

So basically, it means you want to run the owaload.sql script (PL/SQL gateway package installation) from the ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin directory (where all such DB admin scripts live).
