I didnīt found a solution, but some possible reasons. ( Hardware, defragmentation...)

seems that I am forced to do that.. ( First time) Fortunally it is not a DB in production, only for some statistics ( with a millions of recordsets).
Anyhow, one day it should work without probs :-)
