You can copy it but I don't recommend it. First it only works when you use exactly the same directory structure. At install time lots of "hard coded" values are included in many places. When there is an Apache server involved it's even more riskfull. Don't even know if it can be done.
Look if the s-bit is copied properly where applicable (or rerun root.sh).

If you copy ALL installed Oracle software AND there was NO oracle software on the other box, you should copy the OraInventory, the jre and the oui directories too.
Copy file /var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc too where the OUI looks for the Ora Inventory and set proper security.
If you can't copy the inventory to the target node you will not be able to use the OUI to install patches.
Replicating the software again is your only option then.

| I have oracle products (oracle server, forms, reports etc) on a IBM AIX
box.
| I am in the process of setting another system exactly replica of the
| existing box. I have following questions
|
| 1. How do I copy oracle products to another box(same OS)?
| 2. Can I copy the Oracle directories and relink? or Do I have to
re-install
| all the products?
