9i release 2 installer problem

Hi all,

Just download rel2 for windows and try to install it. There is nothing when I double click on the setup.exe. The computer just read the harddisk for few secs displaying hourglass and then nothing. Same thing happen when I use command line to run setup.exe. What gives?

I am using i815 chipset with 512MB of memory running W2k server.
