When using exceed the oracle installer does not show options to resize
or even move the window. Don't know whose problem it is - exceed or
installer. But if you use X-win32 from starnet communications
(starnet.com) it shows up fine. Even the freeware, X-windows available
at cygwin.com (GNU+cygwin+windows) works well with the oracle
installer. You will have to load cygwin first and then add X-windows.
